About Bridgette
Hi! I’m Bridgette, owner and esthetician of Black Esthetics and Artistry. Creating is etched into my very being. In fact, I'm sure it dwells comfortably within the marrow of my bones. Throughout my life it has manifested itself in various words or melodic tones but these days it is best exhibited through a makeup brush, or two.
I have chosen the face as my canvas and pigments, powders, glitters, creams, liners and the lot to adorn it. I've always been told that your gifts will make room for themselves, and mine have. Being a Professional Makeup Artist goes above and beyond making someone aesthetically pleasing, you are given a rare and unique opportunity to mirror the inner beauty of someone directly on their face. Throughout my growth in this field, I've already come to appreciate the transformative power of makeup. It allows you to not only be your best self, but whoever you want, whenever the mood strikes. It truly is a beautiful thing.

About Our Mascot
Bees, known for their historical, scientific, religious and spiritual history, are still being studied across the world in various countries. Yet the one thing that remains consistent across each cultural divide is the positive symbolism of the bee. They represent royalty, good economy, healthy environments, discipline, wisdom, strength, perseverance and unity. Their tiny forms defy laws of physics and are responsible for so much of the outdoor beauty our eyes behold and take for granted daily. Many bee keepers say that when bees are present, and hives are too, that all is well in that place. It is that concept and mood that I fell in love with long ago and aspire to cultivate every time someone sits in my chair for a service.
